About Me

My name is Adiyon J. Lumpkins, a 20-year-old student at Villa Maria College with a game design major. Ever since I was little, I have always been obsessed with video games. I would spend hours upon hours playing them and enjoying the experience as I lost myself in immersive and entertainment. So one day, I took it open myself to learn more everything there is to know about designing games. I decided to start taking a more animatic approach, designing my own characters and animating them doing all sorts of different things. Thanks to the Advanced Animation class that I have taken in the past during my enrollment at Villa Maria, I know have a decent amount of experience digital art and animation applications, such as Toon Boom Harmony. Using this app, not only have I approved on my character design skills, but I've also learned about different and unique ways. I was able to learn how to use things like rigging tools and deformers to make my characters move the way that I want them to. Because of this, I feel confident that I would contribute greatly to a game design team in the character design/animation field. This might be my first step in achieving my goal of becoming a game designer!
